Building on a 53-year architectural practice started by the late Donald B. Ratcliffe, Shannon Comer Architects, Inc. is continuing the strong tradition. The firm provides a full range of design and documentation services. From preliminary design, code analysis and design development to full construction documentation, the firm is equipped to fulfill the needs of any design and construction endeavor. They also offer photo-realistic renderings that can enhance a project’s marketing or capital raising efforts. Throughout her many years of experience, Shannon Comer has proven her architectural skills in various building types which include multi-family residential, retail, religious, commercial and custom homes. The firm’s repeat clients are commercial and residential developers, business owners and individual home owners. The main objective is to provide their clients with sensible, practical buildings that merge the client’s requirements and “wish list” with pleasing aesthetics and budget-minded construction. The goal is not to build a building that reflects the sole wishes of the firm but that the goals of the client come through in the final product.
